The Eclipse Cross is a solid car, I wouldn't say Mazda level quality but it's good if you take care of it. I think you can perfectly get 10 years out of this car without any outstanding issues. The CVT isn't horrible it just isn't a lot more powerful than what the engine can handle that can be a problem down the road but time will tell.
